When would you be concerned enough to conceal carry?

Posted by Benjamin On February - 22 - 2009

What if you had been a student who survived the Virginia Tech massacre?  What steps would you take to insure your safety?  Or would you take any steps at all?  Knowing myself, I’m positive that the very next day I would have gone to the nearest gun store and purchased a .38 ankle gun with the intent that I’d never let myself or my fellow man be defenseless and mercilessly gunned down by any of the many sick bastards of the world.  Also, I wouldn’t care about the legality of a concealed carry permit which begs the question.  If I’d be concerned enough to consider illegal concealed carry after a tramatic event why not before?
