That is completely retarded. What more can a pharmaceutical company do then put warning labels on their medication? Next thing you know they will mandate that a approved company rep will be there at every drug administration.
Yes it sucks that the woman lost her arm. I would be very distraught too. But there is a risk in taking any medication and when it comes does to it the doc should really tell her the risks and technically its his/her fault that this happened. I don’t advocate 6.7million dollar lawsuits against doctors, but I think that he is the one she should have sued and probably won a lawsuit worth several hundred thousand.
